General Refund/Return Policy
All products sold by ANALOGIA INC./STUDIO ELECTRONICS are brand new and manufactured to meet the highest industry standards. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued or returns accepted. In the event there is a defect with a hardware product, we will issue an RMA. We will repair and return the defective merchandise in a timely manner within 21 days. We reserve the exclusive right to determine if the product is defective and qualifies for an RMA.
Specifications are subject to change without notice. Products become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. Notify us immediately in the event of any loss or damage during shipping. Most shippers have a 30 day window for filing loss or damage claims. Any discrepancies, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to ANALOGIA INC. within 72 hours. All packages will be shipped immediately following the processing time, which varies from product to product. Online and phone ordering of your purchase from ANALOGIA INC./STUDIO ELECTRONICS acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Upon our determination there is a potential valid defect, we will issue an RMA with a return shipping label. The defective item must be returned within 30 days from the date of the RMA issuance.Defective item returns do not include customer reported incompatibility with other systems, software or hardware.
All products, unless otherwise stated, are covered by our manufacturer's warranty, found in its long form here: http://www.studioelectronics.com/support/warranty-repair/. We will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective.
All returns require prior authorization and must be returned in the original packing with all cables, accessories, and documentation, including manuals, warranties, and a copy of original purchase invoice. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization, call (310-640-3546), to obtain an RMA number, and clearly write the number on both the invoice copy enclosed with the returned merchandise and on the packing from outside. Please keep the RMA number and reference it when calling to check on the status of your return. All calls requesting RMA should be in the time designed for them (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, excluding the national and religious holidays). Incomplete or unauthorized returns may be refused and be returned.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence, whether willful or otherwise. This limited warranty is valid only if the product is used with the equipment specified in said equipment's manual or on the product box. Please check product manual or product box for details, or call ANALOGIA INC. at (310) 640-3546. This limited warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to any purchaser who bought the product from a reseller or distributor not authorized by ANALOGIA INC., including but not limited to purchases from internet auction sites. Except for the limited warranty provided herein, to the extent permitted by law, Analogia Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including all warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent that any implied warranties may nonetheless exist by operation of law, any such warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty.
